Oh bouuuoyyyy!
Finally finished this commission somehow while working on this commercial I’m production designing. This one was a bit late **sorry annoyed customer*** however, she squeeled when I opened it up for her, so I think it’s all worth it.
Amy commissioned this for her parents as a gift, she wanted this mansion (really, a mansion, the real estate packet that she handed me for further education on the home stated “mansion” and I almost puked) to feel more nostalgic and personal, she wanted this Pasadena estate to feel more like home. I hope I did it justice, how can you lose with putting mismatched curtains in the windows, a weird, Eames-like weathervane on the roof, some potted tomato plants for her dad and of course strange shaped foliage?
